I hope this finds you all well today? It has been another busy week at Spring Bank with lots of great work going on throughout the school. Please do have a look at our Twitter feed (if you don’t already follow us you can find the school at @bank_primary) as I try and keep this up to date with things that the children are learning and creating at school. I’ve just put some photos of the amazing star of the week work that we shared this morning – we really do have talented children at Spring Bank!

As I’m sure you’re no doubt aware restrictions are being kept in place until 19th July 2021. We are still very much hoping to hold the summer fair but this will obviously depend on restrictions being fully lifted by this date. This means that what we have currently in place will continue until at least this date and we will then be guided by Leeds City Council and any amendments that they make to their risk assessment. We are still looking at ways to undertake mini sports days in each class and will be in touch with you with further information as to whether we can invite any parents along to this.

We have just 27 school days left until the summer holidays and it has been quite a long time since we’ve had to close any school bubbles – let’s make sure that we keep going and continue to keep our school, children, staff, families and community safe.

I hope you all have a very lovely weekend and if you’re football supporters that you enjoy the games tonight and over the weekend!

Take care and as ever stay safe,

Sarah xx
