Spring Bank Primary School

Headteacher’s Celebration Assembly

To finish off our Good Work assemblies for the half-term, we had a special Headteacher’s celebration assembly today. Children from each class were given a special award from their teacher and Mrs. Hawes for respect – children who had really gone the extra mile to make sure they were always respectful towards other students and staff throughout the last eight weeks. Whilst another was given for an impressive half-term, be it consistent, outstanding work or an unwavering enthusiasm and positive attitude towards learning.

The assembly was a huge success and was a great way to celebrate the end of what has been a very enjoyable and hard-working half-term at Spring Bank! Some teachers found it so hard to choose that they picked the whole class! With both Reception and Year One receiving whole class awards. Reception for settling in so, so fantastically well in their new school and Year One for exceptional behaviour and thirst for knowledge on their recent trip to Lotherton Hall.

Well done to all those who received awards today and make sure you work hard and try your best next half-term so that you can be stood up there shaking hands with Mrs. Hawes and receiving your certificate!
