Spring Bank Primary School

Anti-Bullying Week

This week was an important one for the school as it was Anti-Bullying week at Spring Bank. Throughout the week we learned about the importance of being kind and thoughtful towards others; about our uniqueness and how we should be proud of who we are and proud to be different, amongst other themes in assemblies and circle times throughout the week.

On Friday we marked the end of our Anti-Bullying week: many students and teachers came into school wearing blue to show their support and we ended our assembly with the words important and meaningful words: ‘All different, all equal’, which we will do well to remember.

We hope everyone learned something this week and will continue to try their best to be kind to others, to be proud of who they are and remember to appreciate each other for our differences as well as our similarities and in doing so continue the positive, friendly and caring atmosphere here in the school.
