Olympic Torch Bearer

On Thursday 21st June, Phil Marshall, one of the tourch bearers came to our school to do an assesmbly. He told us his story of being nominated to be a torch bearer and the charity work he is involved in. One of his big achievements was completing the Marathon Des Sables, the hardest race in the world which takes place at the Sahara Desert. We were pleased that Phil could come to our school. We look forward to seeing him on Sun 24th when the torch come to Leeds.
